Cerdel McWatt

Dr. Cerdel McWatt is the Regional Health Officer for Region Nine in Guyana. He has played a crucial role in improving healthcare services in the hinterland region, overseeing initiatives that enhance emergency medical response and access to healthcare for remote communities. His recent collaboration with the Ministry of Health led to the acquisition of four fully equipped ambulances, aimed at significantly improving emergency medical services in areas such as Annai, Karasabai, Sand Creek, and Yupukari.
