César Anchía

César Anchía is the regional subdirector of the Fuerza Pública in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. He played a critical role in coordinating the police response to a shooting incident during the Fiestas Cívicas de Liberia, leading to the arrest of four suspects involved in the violent altercation.
