César Freyre

César Freyre is a former police officer who was accused of being the leader of the group allegedly responsible for the kidnapping and murder of Hugo Alberto Wallace in 2005. He was sentenced to over 300 years in prison alongside other co-defendants, although recent investigations have raised serious doubts about the legitimacy of the evidence against him.
