César Miranda Mañón

César Miranda Mañón is the General de Brigada of the Dominican Republic Army and the director general of the Cuerpo Especializado de Control de Combustibles y Comercio de Mercancías (CECCOM). He was in the news for his role in coordinating a special operational initiative alongside Pro Consumidor to prevent the sale of irregularly marketed products and alcoholic beverages during the Semana Santa holiday in 2025, aiming to protect consumer health and enforce legal commerce.
