César Quintana

César Quintana is the Secretary of the Jury of Magistrates' Impeachment (JEM) in Paraguay. He has recently been in the news for discussing a complaint filed by lawyer Felino Amarilla on behalf of Banco Atlas against Judge Juan Francisco Blanco Bogado. The complaint alleges that Judge Blanco Bogado expedited a judicial process in a manner that appeared to benefit a business group with close ties to the presidential circle.
