César Tribaldos

César Tribaldos is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Caja de Seguro Social (CSS) in Panama. He has been vocal about the failures of past administrations in addressing the financial sustainability of the CSS and recently criticized former presidents for not taking necessary actions to prevent the collapse of the social security system.
