César Velásquez Montoya

César Velásquez Montoya, also known as ‘Chino Malaco’, was a 48-year-old inmate serving a 25-year sentence for money laundering associated with the criminal organization Los Plataneros in Trujillo. He was murdered in the Juliaca prison on May 4, 2026, shot four times in the head by another inmate, an incident notable for the use of a firearm in a high-security prison.
