
Chai Fang-wu
Chai Fang-wu is a former director of the Department of Student Affairs at Chung Chou University of Science and Technology, who was involved in a notorious labor exploitation case involving Ugandan students. Initially sentenced to five years and six months in prison for corruption and violations of employment laws, his sentence was later reduced to three years and six months by the High Court's Taichung branch.
