Chalermchai Mahakitsiri is a prominent Thai businessman and one of the shareholders of Quality Coffee Products (QCP), a joint venture with Nestlé. He gained media attention due to a legal dispute with Nestlé regarding the production rights of the popular coffee brand Nescafé in Thailand, which resulted in a court order temporarily halting Nestlé's production and sales of the product.
