Chamba

Chamba is a seasoned politician and lawyer from Guayas, Ecuador, who has returned to the National Assembly for the 2025-2029 term. At 66 years old, he is one of the oldest legislators in the new assembly and has a lengthy history in politics, including previous candidacies for local offices. He initially entered the assembly under the Movimiento Construye but switched to the Acción Democrática Nacional party, where he successfully retained his seat.
