Chang Chun-fei

Chang Chun-fei is the Taiwanese Ambassador to Guatemala, who has been instrumental in fostering bilateral economic cooperation in technology, particularly through the vocational training program for Guatemalan students aimed at establishing a semiconductor industry in Guatemala.
