Chang Li-chi

Chang Li-chi is a Taiwanese academic and educator affiliated with Huaqiao University in China. He has recently been in the news following the revocation of his Taiwanese citizenship due to his acquisition of a Chinese residence permit, which he obtained in support of Beijing's 'Cross-Strait Integrated Development Policy.' This action was deemed in violation of Taiwanese law, specifically Article 9 of the Act Governing Relations Between the People of the Taiwan Area and the Mainland Area.
