Chang Tou-hui

Chang Tou-hui is the Chief Prosecutor of the Taiwan High Prosecutors Office. He plays a key role in leading efforts to combat financial fraud and money laundering. Recently, he witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding with HSBC Bank Taiwan, which aims to enhance cooperation in suspicious transaction analysis and develop a robust anti-fraud framework in Taiwan.
