Chao Ping-chu

Chao Ping-chu is an animal rights advocate from Nantou County, Taiwan, who recently participated in a rally in Taipei to call for a ban on snare traps that harm local wildlife and stray animals. She became aware of the devastating effects of these traps after moving to Puli Township, where she witnessed many injured dogs, prompting her to speak out on behalf of affected animals and urge government action.
