Chao Shiao-lien

Chao Shiao-lien is the chairman of the Taipei Rapid Transit Corp (TRTC), an organization responsible for the operation and management of the Taipei MRT system. He was present at the recent unveiling ceremony of a memorial plaque honoring Yu Chia-chang, who was killed while attempting to thwart an attack at Taipei Main Station.
