Chapance Paulino

Chapance Paulino is the district commander of the Serviço Nacional de Salvação Pública (SENSAP) in Dondo. He confirmed that the unidentified victim found in a lagoon showed signs of aggression and stated that the investigation into the murder would be handled by the Serviço Nacional de Investigação Criminal (SERNIC).
