Charles Chege Mbuthia

Charles Chege Mbuthia is one of the directors of Testimony Enterprises, a company implicated in a Sh588 million road tender scandal awarded by the Kiambu County Government. He, along with other co-accused, was previously acquitted of money laundering charges, but the Director of Public Prosecutions is now seeking to overturn that acquittal amid claims of fraudulent activities and kickbacks.
