Charles Daza

Charles Daza is the Deputy Technical Director of Poverty and Targeting at the National Planning Department (DNP) in Colombia. He recently made headlines discussing the new Universal Income Registry (RUI), which aims to enhance social program targeting by incorporating real-time administrative data from over 40 public and private entities, replacing the previous Sisbén IV system.
