Charles Kuristin is the owner and CEO of LesserEvil, a company specializing in organic snacks, including healthy popcorn products. Originally a Wall Street trader with Morgan Stanley, Kuristin shifted careers after nearly two decades in finance, seeking a more fulfilling path. In 2011, he took a bold leap by purchasing a struggling popcorn company without extensive research, a decision that ultimately proved successful and led to the recent acquisition of his company by snack giant Hershey for $750 million.
