Charles Tilton

Charles Tilton was a boatwright and carpenter who lived in the early 20th century and was known for his craftsmanship, particularly in building toys for his daughter. He is recognized in recent news for having checked out a library book, 'Home-Made Toys for Girls and Boys,' in March 1926, which was returned 99 years later by his granddaughter, Mary Cooper.
