Chelsea Tobin

Dr. Chelsea Tobin is the chief executive of Safe Steps, Victoria's 24/7 family violence response agency, where she advocates for the expansion of innovative crisis accommodation models to support victims of domestic violence. Under her leadership, Safe Steps has been recognized for its successful sanctuary model, which provides high-security, essential services to those in need. Recently, Tobin has been vocal about the need for operational funding from the state government to sustain expanded services and ensure that additional crisis accommodation beds do not remain unused.
