Chen Chok Hei

Chen Chok Hei is the Chief Investigating Officer of the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) in Hong Kong. He gained media attention for leading an investigation into a significant corruption case involving a local logistics company and an electronic cigarette group. Under his supervision, the ICAC uncovered a scheme where employees were accepting bribes to facilitate the illegal distribution of e-cigarette products, resulting in the largest seizure of such items since the introduction of a ban on electronic cigarettes in the region.
