Chen Haijin

Chen Haijin has recently been appointed as the new director of the Talent Bureau in Hong Kong, where he is expected to lead efforts in attracting and retaining high-level international talent to bolster the region’s competitive edge. With a background in management at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and multinational corporations, he previously served as the General Manager of Business Development at the Hong Kong Tourism Board from 2020 to 2025.
