Chen Hong-zhang

Chen Hong-zhang is the chairman of the Chung Hua Association in Bangkok, Thailand, which serves as a significant hub for the overseas Chinese community and promotes the legacy of Sun Yat-sen and Chinese republicanism. A real estate developer and a fourth-generation Teochew, Chen has a strong educational background from Taiwan and is known for his efforts to maintain cultural ties between Thai-Chinese and Taiwan, amidst growing divisions in the community.
