Chen Kai-chih

Chen Kai-chih is a Taiwanese fishing boat captain who was charged with criminal negligence resulting in death after the 2015 incident involving the death of Indonesian fisher Supriyanto aboard his vessel. He failed to provide necessary medical assistance, leading to the fisher's demise.
