Chen Nianzhu

Chen Nianzhu is the head of the management office at the Yongjiang Flood Control and Drainage Engineering Management Center in Nanning, Guangxi. Recently, he has been actively involved in flood prevention efforts, conducting inspections of floodgates and other facilities to ensure public safety amid rising water levels in the Yongjiang River.
