Chen Rong

Chen Rong is a key official at the Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture's Ecological Environment Bureau, serving as a member of the bureau's party committee and deputy director. He has been instrumental in the development of the 'Yushu River Source Window' remote monitoring system, which enhances ecological surveillance in the region, allowing for real-time observation of environmental conditions across the remote and rugged terrain of the Sanjiangyuan area.
