Chen Tsu-chiang

Chen Tsu-chiang is the harbor master of the Kaohsiung Port Branch, where he oversees operations and management at Taiwan's largest port. He played a significant role in the recent formalization of the sister-port relationship between the Port of Kaohsiung and Canada's Port of Nanaimo during the Pacific Ports Conference.
