Chen Yih-shurng

Chen Yih-shurng is a prominent cardiac surgeon and the head of the organ transplant team at National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH). He recently gained attention for leading Asia's first surgery to remove both heart ventricles and implant two long-lasting ventricular assist devices in a patient suffering from severe end-stage heart failure.
