Chen Yu-chen

Chen Yu-chen is the general manager of Kaodah Milk and a fourth-generation dairy farmer from Pingtung County, Taiwan. Under her leadership, the farm has innovated by transforming cow manure into natural mosquito coils using earthworms, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability and the circular economy. She has also introduced new products like 'night milk' and lactose-free yogurt to adapt to changing market demands and consumer preferences.
