Chen Zhanquan

Chen Zhanquan is the Vice President and a member of the Party Committee at Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts. He is actively involved in promoting art education and social aesthetic initiatives in Xinjiang. Recently, he led a group of teachers and students in establishing a social aesthetic workstation in Hotan, aiming to support the systematic development of social aesthetic education in the region. Chen emphasizes the importance of guiding children in border areas to discover, feel, and create beauty, while also instilling in them the spirit of dedication and creativity.
