Cheng Tzu-chuan

Cheng Tzu-chuan, 47, obtained Taiwanese citizenship through marriage and later became involved in a criminal organization that purchased and resold Taiwanese passports for profit. After her divorce, she remarried her former Chinese husband, Ho Tsai-lung, and together they were recruited by a gang in China's Fujian Province to facilitate the illegal passport trade, which exploits the travel privileges of Taiwanese passports.
