Chiang Chun-nan

Chiang Chun-nan is an esteemed media veteran and former deputy secretary-general of Taiwan's National Security Council. With a journalism career that began under authoritarian rule, he co-founded several publications, including The Eighties and the Taipei Times. After transitioning to public service in 2000, he served until 2004 before returning to media as a political columnist for Apple Daily. Recently, he was appointed chairman of the Central News Agency, marking a significant return to a leadership role in Taiwanese media.
