Chichi De Obarrio

Adolfo Chichi De Obarrio is a former private secretary to Panamanian President Ricardo Martinelli, serving from 2009 to 2014. He gained notoriety for his involvement in the Blue Apple case, where he was convicted of money laundering and sentenced to 120 months in prison in 2023. De Obarrio fled Panama after his term ended and settled in Italy, where he has faced legal challenges, including a failed extradition attempt. Recently, he was in the news due to a court ruling in Italy that dismissed a criminal complaint he filed against his ex-wife, Yvette Barsallo, regarding their minor daughter.
