Chien Chih-chieh

Chien Chih-chieh is the secretary-general of the Taiwan Alliance to Promote Civil Partnership Rights (TAPCPR), an organization advocating for LGBTQ+ rights in Taiwan. She has been actively involved in efforts to reform regulations regarding transgender people's legal gender recognition, arguing that the current requirement for gender-affirming surgery is unconstitutional and a violation of human rights.
