Chileshe Mpundu Kapwepwe

Chileshe Mpundu Kapwepwe is the Secretary General of the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA), an organization that aims to promote economic integration and cooperation among its member states. She has been active in advocating for enhanced trade and investment opportunities within the region, emphasizing the importance of collaboration among African nations. Recently, she met with Tunisian Minister Mohamed Ali Nafti during the 39th Ordinary Session of the African Union, where they discussed strengthening trade ties and enhancing coordination between COMESA and Tunisia.
