China JinJiang Construction Brasil is a subsidiary of the Chinese Jinjiang Group, which operates in the construction sector. The company was recently in the news due to allegations of involvement in labor violations, where 220 Chinese workers were found in conditions analogous to slavery at a site in Brazil. Following these serious allegations, the Brazilian labor prosecutor's office requested legal action against the company for its treatment of workers and noncompliance with Brazilian labor laws.
