Chiril Burca

Chiril Burca, a 30-year-old delivery driver from Moldova, has been working for Amazon in Bologna since 2019. Having moved to Italy at the age of 14, he found himself in the delivery industry by chance. Currently employed by Tdu, one of Amazon's contractors, he undertakes a demanding schedule that includes 120-150 deliveries daily, earning approximately €1,400 a month. Recently, he has been in the news due to a controversy surrounding the deduction of €500 from his salary for minor vehicle damage, which he disputes, claiming it was an accident and not a case of gross negligence.
