Chitlada Apisukh, 76, is a retired restaurateur and adventurous spirit who, after decades of hard work and raising a family, has embraced a new life of travel and exploration. Originally from Bangkok, she and her husband Vichit have traveled extensively across the United States and abroad, discovering new cultures and cuisines.
