Chiu Ping Chuen

Chiu Ping Chuen, also known as 全叔, is a survivor of the tragic Lamma Island ferry collision that occurred on October 1, 2012, which resulted in 39 fatalities. He has been actively involved in the pursuit of justice for the victims, advocating for accountability and improvements in maritime safety standards.
