Chris Earl is the new CEO of the Grand Bahama Shipyard, having joined in May 2023. A former Canadian Naval veteran with extensive experience in shipyard operations, Earl has a background in managing overhaul programs at a Canadian shipyard. Under his leadership, the shipyard is undergoing a multimillion-dollar expansion, including the acquisition of new floating docks and a focus on developing skilled Bahamian apprentices through an enhanced training program.
