Dr. Chris Tokpah is an accomplished academic and consultant with a focus on program evaluation and measurement. He currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness at Delaware County Community College in Pennsylvania and is also an adjunct professor at Delaware Valley University. Holding a Ph.D. in Program Evaluation and Measurement, an MBA, and a B.Sc. in Mathematics, Dr. Tokpah has extensive experience working with international organizations such as the World Bank and USAID. He co-owns the Center for Research, Evaluation, and Policy (CENREP), a consulting firm based in Liberia, where he provides services in strategic planning and social science research.
