Christian Benalcázar is the Director of Planning at the Agency of Transit and Mobility (ATM) in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Recently, he was in the news for overseeing the implementation of a new diamond-type intersection on Avenida Isidro Ayora, aimed at improving traffic flow in the area.
