Christian Dunn
Christian Dunn is the director of the Centro de Monitoreo of the Agencia de Tránsito y Movilidad (ATM) in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Recently, he was in the news for overseeing the implementation of a new monitoring system aimed at enforcing helmet usage among motorcyclists in the city, following reports of over 80 riders not wearing helmets captured by the ATM's surveillance cameras.
