Christian Erdmann

Christian Erdmann is the station manager of the wildlife and species conservation center in Sparrieshoop, Germany. He gained attention after the discovery of a large and potentially dangerous turtle, a Geierschildkröte, in a canal in Kellinghusen, Schleswig-Holstein. Erdmann took the turtle into his care, naming it 'Gabi' and noting its agile nature despite its unusual appearance.
