Christian Ismael Ferrer

Christian Ismael Ferrer is the Director General of Control of Environmental Quality and Natural Resources in Paraguay. He has recently been in the news for his role in addressing the controversy surrounding the environmental licensing of a luxury mansion owned by President Santiago Peña, where he acknowledged discrepancies in the documentation process and the necessity of environmental impact assessments for construction projects.
