Christian Katende

Christian Katende is the president of the Autorité de Régulation de la Poste et des Télécommunications du Congo (ARPTC), known for overseeing the regulatory framework of telecommunications in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. His leadership was highlighted in May 2025 when the ARPTC granted a license to Starlink, allowing the satellite internet provider to operate in the country after resolving previous regulatory concerns.
