Christian R. Ulbrich

Christian R. Ulbrich is the head of the Digitalization Research Center in State and Administration (e-PIAF) at the University of Basel. He is also a co-author of the book 'Automated Democracy – Die Neuverteilung von Macht und Einfluss im digitalen Staat' alongside Bruno S. Frey. His work focuses on the impacts of digitalization on governance and public administration.
