Christin Gmelch

Christin Gmelch is a newly elected member of the Bavarian Landtag representing the Alternative for Germany (AfD) party. Prior to her political career, she was a potato farmer in the Neuburg-Schrobenhausen district. Since taking office on April 4, 2023, Gmelch has been notably busy with her agricultural responsibilities, particularly during the critical planting months of April and May, which has limited her availability for political engagements and media inquiries.
