Christoph Weikinger

Christoph Weikinger is a talented chef known for his inventive culinary creations and dedication to high-quality ingredients. Starting his career as a dishwasher at Palais Clam-Gallas, he quickly rose to prominence in the culinary scene, eventually becoming the head chef. Weikinger honed his skills under the guidance of his mother and later co-founded the restaurant Victus & Milli, where he embraced a hands-on approach to cooking, from baking to preserving. He has also worked at Usus in the Schauspielhaus, where he created memorable dining experiences alongside Patrick Müller.
